Ingredients

Chicken wings
1 kg
Sweet Thai chili sauce
150 ml
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Sriracha or hot sauce
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Salt, black pepper
to taste
For garnish
chopped fresh cilantro, finely sliced red chili, or green onions

Instructions

1

Prep the Wings;
Rinse the chicken wings and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Cut them into drumettes and flats, discarding the tips. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2

Bake Until Crispy;
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning them over halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
3

Warm the Sauce;
In a large bowl (big enough to hold all the wings), whisk together the sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, and Sriracha (if using).
4

Toss and Coat;
As soon as the wings come out of the oven, transfer them into the bowl with the sauce. Toss immediately and vigorously until every wing is fully coated in the sticky, sweet glaze.
5

Serve;
Transfer the wings to a platter. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions and a few thin slices of red chili for a vibrant look.
