Ingredients

Chicken wings
1 kg
Unsalted butter
60 g
Hot pepper sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
100 ml
Garlic powder
1 tsp
White wine vinegar
1 tbsp
Salt, freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Instructions

1

Prep the Wings:
Rinse the wings and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Cut each wing at the joints into three pieces (discard the tips). Season with salt and pepper.
2

Bake:
Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
3

Make the Buffalo Sauce:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and vinegar. Whisk constantly until smooth and combined (do not boil).
4

Toss:
Transfer the hot baked wings to a deep bowl, pour the sauce over them, and toss well until every wing is evenly coated.
5

Serve:
Platter the wings immediately with celery, carrot sticks, and a side of Blue Cheese dressing.
