Chicken breast
500 g
Butter
3 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Garlic (minced)
4 cloves
Heavy cream
1 cup
Chicken broth
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup
Italian seasoning
1 tsp
Salt and black pepper
To taste
Fresh parsley (chopped)
For garnish

Instructions

1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
3

In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
5

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth into a creamy sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
6

Return the cooked chicken breasts and any accumulated juices back into the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic sauce generously over the top.
7

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm.
